冬小麦の作柄は概ね良好～平年並み（ウクライナ）
Conditions of winter wheat has been between generally good and usual in Ukraine
本日の写真は、2月10に撮影された休眠中のウクライナ・ドニエプロペトロフスク州の冬小麦畑です。
生産者によれば、同地域では、2月上旬までは寒くて乾燥した日が続き、積雪（スノーカバー）もない状態です。
このため、近隣では播種時期が遅かったためか、作物が枯死してしまった農場もありますが、この圃場では凍結もなく、これまでのところ心配はないとのこと。ただ、３月初旬までは寒波が来る可能性があるので気が抜けないそうです。
ウクライナ政府によれば、昨年収穫された2017/18年度の小麦生産量は、前年を0.3％上回る26.1百万トンとなっています。
また、2017/18年度上半期（2017年7～12月）の輸出量は1,130万トンと、前年同期を2％下回っていますが、アジア向け輸出が堅調で、インドネシア、バングラデシュ、フィリピンの３カ国で全体の35％を占めています。

Today’s photo shows a winter wheat field in the dormancy in Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine as of 10th February 2018. Growers told that the cold and dry weather had continued in the area by early February and there was no snow-cover.
It caused winter kill in some near farms due to delayed planting. Although, they had less concerns for freezing injury on the crops in this field at the moment.
However the growers do not lose their concentration because the cold wave could come by early March.
According to the Ukraine government, wheat production in 2017/18, harvested last year, was 26.1 million tons, up 0.3% from previous season.
Wheat export of the first half of 2017/18 (from July to December 2017) was 11.3 million tons, down 2% from the same period of last year, however, export to Asia was steadily and 35% of the total volume of that was exported to Indonesia, Bangladesh and Philippines.
